Is my order active?

Almost all subscription-based orders are activated immediately upon checkout. Please note your order will stay at ‘processing’ until all your posts are used up or until your order is fully delivered. Upon completion, the order status will change to ‘completed’. For real services including REAL auto likes & REAL comments, please note that these cannot be delivered instantly as these are not bot-based services.

Do you do custom orders?

Yes, we do custom orders. However, we cannot do custom orders for quantities lower than those mentioned on our site. For each service, the lowest quantity that you see on our site is what we can technically do. Lower than those is not possible. For higher quantity orders, in most cases, we can help with those. And for everything else related to social media and PR – we would love to hear your requirements.

Will my subscription auto-renew?

No. Our subscriptions do not renew automatically as these are not monthly subscriptions and instead based on posts. Whenever your order is exhausted or expired, you will get an automated email from our site informing you of the same. At such a point you can always buy the service again from our site. Please note that all subscriptions expire within 180 days from the date of purchase.

Will my subscription expire?

Our subscriptions do not require monthly renewal. Orders last for as long as your posts are remaining in the plan or until 180 days, whichever comes first. Once 180 days have crossed from the date of the order for the subscription, the order will automatically be closed and marked as complete. Please note that the 6-month validity applies to all subscriptions and certain subscriptions may have shorter validity as mentioned on service pages.

I ordered Real USA followers, when will I get them?

Each service has an individual timeline of delivery mentioned on the respective service pages. For services like Real USA  Followers – it can take up to 7 working days for us to prepare the order and get the shoutouts scheduled to deliver growth to your account. If more than 7 working days have passed since you placed your order with us, kindly contact us at support@wolfglobal.org – we always reply within 24 hours, no excuses.

How fast do the likes get delivered?

Single post likes purchases on average take under 120 minutes to get delivered. However, this timeline is not guaranteed. For 99% of the time, the delivery is done from instant to a max of 120 mins. However, at times, this can extend to a maximum of 24 hours. And the same applies to premier auto likes subscriptions. Please note that real auto likes have different timelines. Real likes can take from 2 to 6 hours to get started.

What if my emails don’t get a reply?

We try our best to answer all emails within a 24 hour period. At times it may take a bit longer to write back to you and we apologize for that. In case you haven’t heard from us within 48 hours, it is highly possible that your email didn’t reach us. In such case, you can write back to us using any of the common mail services like Gmail, Yahoo, or Live. It is best to use these mail providers to ensure we get your emails.

What do I do if my followers drop?

Our real followers services deliver real followers that do not ‘drop’. If and when the gained followers choose to unfollow you then this cannot be replenished as we cannot control people’s actions. However, please note that, if your account is active and if you post regularly then you ideally wouldn’t face any drops. In the case of non-real followers, these may drop from time to time. Any drops that occur within 30 days of your purchase will be refilled automatically by us. Our refills run every 72 hours and replenish drops that occur from our end.

What payment options do I have?

On our checkout page, you can use any valid VISA or MasterCard debit or credit card. For transactions above $5000, you may also request for bank transfer option by contacting support at support@wolfglobal.org

My payment was declined, what do I do now?

When a credit card is declined, our leading recommendation is to contact your bank for further assistance as they may have more insight into what may be causing the issue. All our transactions are 3DS secured, which may require you to verify ownership of the card via OTP from your bank. If you have no luck resolving the issue with your banking institution, please contact our friendly support team at support@wolfglobal.org

How long does a refund take?

Most refunds take no longer than 2-3 business days. However, the speed of refunds depends a lot on your bank. In case a refund is not received within a maximum of 7 business days you can always contact us for further assistance via support@wolfglobal.org
